A recent Sun Sentinel article spotlighted Ascend Properties, the builder behind the Metropolitan. The piece highlighted Ascend’s commitment to infill projects, in which they redevelop dated properties in prime locations.
The article is accompanied by a video interview with Ascend co-founder Dean Borg, who focused on the Metropolitan and Pointe100. Embodying the infill development concept, the Metropolitan is being built on the site of a former mobile home park that was used in the 1996 movie “Striptease.”
